It's been a tough road and long time coming - but we are finally proud new homeowners! It took six months to build our house and we weren't sure if we were even going to get it to the last final days of negotiations. But all the stars aligned and things just fell into place and we were blessed with new homeownership!
Thanks to our family - mom, dad, Tim and Nicollete, our friends The Monaghan's, our new neighbors the Tauteoli Family, The Bird Family and everyone else who helped us through this challenging time. I don't think it really hit us yet, but everyday we wake up I have to say, "I love my house."
We are so happy that Kodi, Derek and Kayla now have space, a home and a place to grow up with many personal memories to come. We couldn't have asked for a nicer neighborhood or first home.
